Morris: A Life With Bells On - the URL loads a nice preview of the movie, which goes on general release later this month. Its press reviews look fantastic (not that they ever quote the bad ones)!
The film looks to be fairly sympathetic to the Morris and there are some fantastic acrobatic shots in the trailer, remeniscent of what Westminster and the like did in the 80's. With luck it might have similar affect on public perception as
Billy Elliot did for male ballet. Worth a look, anyway. According to the 'plot' it is about the introduction of new stuff into the tradition - a topic well discussed here! Then it gets into Morris politics Hot stuff. Chris
