Another one that sounds familiar

It is frustrating that Harry Cockerill rarely identified the names of the tunes he played. This is another one that sounds familiar, but I can't place it. Can anyone help? Harry played it in A major, but I have also included a transposition into D major.

I asked for the name of that very tune (minus the chromaticisms) on here years ago: I was told it's a Scottish march called The Meeting of the Waters.
