Blinking pallets been stuck on with Araldite  Such fun, the pallets show a tendency to splinter when being removed

Does Araldite soften with a bit of heat? Might be worth a try.

I wasn't clear if the bit about putting it in the oven on the highest heat referred to the action, the wooden pallet or the whole box.  :o
