Weltmeister 86W or Hohne Pokerwork?
« on: November 24, 2018, 03:31:08 PM »

I have just started to learn to play on a hired Pokerwork D/G and I'm enjoying it immensely.   I've got the possibility of buying a Weltmeister 86W at a very good price. I'd welcome any comments on the pros and cons of either, though I realise the WM make is much less common than the Hohner. I've had some positive views about WM quality and tone, but would appreciate any more thoughts.
Thanks!

Don't know much about the Weltmeister 86W but I think the key thing is to give it a good try before you buy.  Good luck!

86W boxes are solid and well made, this sound is a bit more refined than Hohner, and there is less mechanical noise compared to a standard Erica or Pokerwork.
