Hi all. Been a while since I have had to ask ??'s.. enjoying keeping these two boxes running. Have a C and D.. only one is a problem.

My old 114 pins are using the largest pins available. They are now very loose.. I have wrapped paper etc to tighten but not the best idea. Would like to repair properly..

Any one know how to fix this.. ?

In extremis this is what I have done. Find some narrow diameter dowel, drill out the casework and bellows frame holes and glue and fill with the dowel. Remove the bellows gasket, fit the bellows and re-drill the pin holes, I usually do not drill where the pins were originally but close by. Fit new bellows gasket and all will be well.
