Server moving tonight; offline from 26/9/18 from 9pm to 9am BST

Wouldn't you know it? Our hosting service has been bought out *again*! As a result the servers will be moving host/ip address tonight, which will likely cause the usual catalogue of issues. To try and mitigate, I'm planning to move melnet to maintenance mode tonight and out again in the morning, though in reality we all know they're not going to move the database correctly, the DNS records will be out of step, etc, etc. Grump grump grump.
