No Batteries Required
« on: June 06, 2019, 09:47:13 PM »

I am just after buying a metronome....clockwork. The box has a note "no batteries required" obviously a selling point and a sign of the times.

Dick....

Cats kill metronomes....Fortunately I  have a dog and no cat. But I will add "Defender of the Metronome" to DeĆ²'s duty list. Just in case.

(:) our elderly mog gives me a filthy look and stalks out of the room when I play concertina but will happily doze to the music of the melodeons, especially if she can snooze on the soft padded gig bags  ;D  :|||:

I suspect your melodeon may be catatonic rather than diatonic...

Cats and Dogs....hmmm.

When I pick up the melodeon there is immediately a scratching at the door as Deo (bearded collie) demands to be let in. Then she usually bags the sofa. She likes the fiddle as well, but draws the line at the pipes.
