Pre Corso Bass end.
(1/1)
John MacKenzie (Cugiok):
Opened up the bass end of my pre Corso that I'm refurbing, only to find that it has the leather facing on the fondo, and not on the pallets. I have never seen this in a Hohner before, and was curious as to when, and for how long Hohner used this method?

Pete Dunk:
I have a pre-Corso with leather on the 'fondo' but it also has felt and leather on the pallets.
John MacKenzie (Cugiok):
Yes this has too, and I have renewed it all, but I'm leaving the bass end as is, it's pretty airtight, and everything works OK, so why make work, I said to myself
