Nameless tune played by John & Phil Cunningham
« on: June 18, 2019, 12:38:19 PM »

Hello,

Does anyone know the name of the second tune in this video (starts at 9.22)?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KB7FtBv8f_0

Enjoy the hilarious introduction by Phil Cunningham ;)

The first one is Flett From Flotta (by Donald Macleod). And the third one is The Fairy Dance.

Thanks in advance!

I think it's The Smith's a Gallant Fireman

Hi John,

It could be. Listening to people playing The Smith's a Gallant Fireman, it sounds quite different from what the Cunningham brothers play in the video, but you're right, I can hear a resemblance.

Though there's a third part they play that I didn't find elsewhere...

Any other clue?

It’s not ‘Smiths A Gallant Fireman’.
I’ll find the name though and let you know!
Davey.
