Had a beer with Frans and Lucie last night. He plans to keep making quality diatonic accordions for about 2 more years, and is still taking orders. His product is a well made, well set-up box of 2 or 3 rows, any tuning, 2-3 rows,  8-18 basses. Generally with hand made reeds

His kit is unusually light weight. Art trained, he offers very pretty finishes and will doa bespoke grill for you. (I offered to post this for him).

I'm glad to hear he's still making them. I got mine almost 5 years ago and have been cured from MAD ever since..... (that didn't stop me from buying a ukulele nor a set of pipes but it's a start...)

He's a great guy and has a great product. I wish him all the best!

Chris, the link only goes through his main site to a page saying he's spending more time resting and playing, with some lovely funky band stuff coming out from the page.
The old pages describing models, options etc have gone.
' I only take new orders incidentally...'

Just saying...… don't think I'm in the market!

I think I'm starting to get most of the notes in roughly the right order...... sometimes!
