My name is Blake and I still have 'Castagnari' search on ebay as a shortcut on my browser window.

Don't we all.

Are we making the mistake of assuming that some people actually WANT to be cured of MAD?

Actually that’s not true. My mistake was in joining this totally insane truly lovable  gang in the first place.

I'm trying to buy fewer but buy right. Seriously considering downsizing to one 3 row.

My name is Al - I have 2 Castagnaris, but one is a cycling top from La Maison D'Accordeon, which has 'Castagnari' writ large all over it along with their logo!  So   I'm never far from a Castagnari - how sad (MAD) am I?!! PS It's really comfy in bed, too.

Actually cycling tops make sense for playing as the pockets are at the back, away from the bellows - so you can still reach your bananas (no, that's not a euphemism).

I think we are already connected in the great melodeon cycle at one remove.  I believe that one of the ones I acquired will shortly be replaced by one winging its way in a south-westerly direction from you.

Ooo! Melodeon degrees of separation. My Guy index is one. If your index is also one,  is my Helena index 2?

Perhaps fortunately I have no money to buy another instrument until I get my state pension (still years away) even though I constantly feel the need and have great problems with temptation. Just one more ( >:E - you obviously need a spare ). And clearly there are melodeons out there needing rehoming.
You could say 'get a job' but I regard myself as totally unemployable - if I got a job I would definitely have less playing time...

I look on ebay every day  and wonder how I managed happily way back for many years with just one box.  I f common sense prevailed, which I rarely does, I should be trying to flog  a box or two or three on eebay rather than looking at those others are trying to sell-  :-\

Blimey, Miss Handcart is flying a box in this message and Steve-Freereeder is projecting a GD Crabb concertina in another post. We'll soon be changing the name of this Forum to "Aviation News" or even "Airfix World News". The latter might be useful if repairs are required.

Obviously you’ve never heard of a box kite.
