Hi Boxcall. My interior folds are red also. They look absolutely superb -similar to Castagnari shade.

Like this, but the colour is deeper in real life.

Do Harmonikas know the dimensions etc of Hohner bellows or does it have to be detailed for each order?

Very nice , and similar or the same probably to what I ordered.  P11 inside and K14 black stripe outside.
What corner did you use? I got mine with the smallest size ( R6 I think). I wasn’t sure on this dimension but cajun boxes “mainly” have square corners, so I figured cose to that would be fine.

Edit: actually smallest is R3 and I did R6, so 1/4” radius, I may or may not go with the metal corners found on most cajun style boxes.

Do Harmonikas know the dimensions etc of Hohner bellows or does it have to be detailed for each order?
I don’t know if they do, they only provide a dimension format, from what I could see.
If you get in touch with them ( sales ) they probably do know.
They have been very responsive with communication.

My order form specs:
"Bellows 150x280, 25mmx18 folds,  inside P11 red, outside K14 black stripe, Diamond K7 Gold dark-stripe - K18 winy stripe , R6" (corners)
I also mentioned Hohner Vienna 2915 in the comments box.

They look really good. And clearly not oem Hohner parts.
I'll bear these in mind when I get going with the project using my Binci GC reeds.

My order form specs:
"Bellows 150x280, 25mmx18 folds,  inside P11 red, outside K14 black stripe, Diamond K7 Gold dark-stripe - K18 winy stripe , R6" (corners)
I also mentioned Hohner Vienna 2915 in the comments box.
Almost the same order
154mm x 279mm , 25mm x 20 folds , p11 inside , k14 black stripe outside, no pattern, R6 corners.
I just copied the dimensions from my beltuna bellows and the body of the box in progress also.

I was wondering on the corners when ordering what R6(ME)means? Or R3(AG) ?
I guess ME = metal edge , AG?

None of the numbers/letters for the corners made any sense to me, so I simply picked the silhouette that looked like Hohner's original. This turned out to be correct.
If you email a query to Harmonikas you will receive a reply. I used English and also (an online translation into) Czech when communicating which may (or not!) have helped.
Their replies were in perfect English.

Unlikely.  The R number is the radius of the curve.  ME and AG are probably an abbreviation of a description it Italian.

I knew R = radius , 6= 6mm but could not makes sense of the rest.

I too like tiposx went with the silhouette that looked right.
My cost 242.00 US , 90.00 of the costs is shipping. And then the wire 40.00 (ouch) so 282.00 total.
Still a pretty good price to me. Couple of months of waiting now.
