Stolen and Lost Instruments
« on: September 25, 2009, 10:22:36 AM »

Dear all,

If you've lost or had an instrument stolen, please start a new topic here, saying what you've lost.  Start the subject line with the word Stolen/Lost as appropriate.  Tell us when and where it was lost and anything that might help someone identify it; ideally, if you have a picture attach that too.

If you've been offered an instrument in, shall we say, dodgy circumstances have a look through here and see if you can spot it; if so please send the owner a message to let them know where you've seen it.

If the instrument is recovered please append the word RECOVERED to the subject line, and we will move it into the Recovered Stolen instruments sub-forum.

Please post only information which is relevant to the theft and recovery of instruments reported as lost stolen.

This forum is not for discussion of general issues of instrument security.

Good luck, and may you never have to use this thread.

Clive
