I've tried a few, and I prefer this one: lots of different sounds and rhythms and the facility to tap in your own tempo. you have to pay a little bit.
I initially chose it for its tuning facility, which includes being able to select different temperaments: not seen that anywhere else.

Not strictly a metronome, but I use liveBPM to help keep an even pace when playing for team dancing.  It displays a beat count in beats per minutes and picks up the beat in most, but not all, tunes.  It is most helpful when there are a number of musicians and a tendency for some leading/racing to happen. It is particularly helpful in maintaining an even speed on tune changes and even between A and B parts in the same tune.  I now use a cheap phone attached to the top bellows strap using velcro.  Even small difference between, say 100 and 105 beats per minute are quite noticeable when you watch the dancing in NW morris.
