I think it's made by Bruno Priez.
He's only making boxes for selected players, and I think he did some consulting work here and there, and probably also some teaching.
Anne Rivaud, from the Rivaud / Lacouchie duet is also using Bruno Priez boxes.

They have an excellent reputation, I think predominantly maintained by the somewhat secrecy around them or the "insider" aspect of having the "privilege" to have one made by him.
They're very good boxes, but as are many many others made by "open to the public" makers.
