Kimberley's Waltz
« on: July 07, 2020, 11:06:55 PM »

I just love this tune by Phil Cunningham. I first heard it on Transatlantic Sessions a few years ago and managed to get it all worked out.
Lack of sessions led me to have a go at recording a version with accompaniment, getting my fiddler friend Wil to remotely join me me whilst I plucked at my guitar.
My first go at video editing too.

Lovely little waltz and you seem to have the editing sorted. Nice fiddle as well.
I don't think you needed to worry about where it was posted. Seems like a recording to me, but if  it was wrong Theo would have moved it.

From the first of beginning I loved it. And this melody stayed in my mind. Therefore I had to play this beautiful tune. So, thank you so much.

This is my version:
