Sorry I meant how is his box tuned ie. B/C, C#/D or what.

Sorry I don't know enough about semitone fingering to work that out.  The first tune appears to be in B major.

C#/D on that clip I think. 

Extraordinarily at 1:02 he seems to make a small mistake.  The man is mortal after all.

Yes, I think he usually plays C#/D - one of the greats.

If you copy his fingering on a BC box the tune comes out in the key of A major.

No, that would make it come out in Bflat. Sorry for confusing things - I would say C#D as well.
I only mentioned a BC box in case thats what you have.  (:)  - John
( A full  tone up from B is C#, hence C#/D)

hi dermot can play any tuning available 2 row or 1row  in many different finger patterns he is considered one of the best
