Bohemian Zwiefacher
« on: August 12, 2020, 08:52:51 AM »

At BalFolk dance events you can meet German dances Zwiefacher or Alsace dances "Valse à 5 Temps".In Bohemian, region in the Czech Republic, you will find an analogy and these are dances called "Mateník". It is typical for them that they alternate between 2/4 and 3/4 measure according to certain rules. The dancers had to show that this rotation would not confuse them and everything would dance well.
