You wink, but myself and a computer programmer friend of mine have plans to mod the poor man's streb to involve Wii controllers as bellows...

I've pondered the idea of an iPhone (or similar) version, where, again, the motion control controls the bellows.  I guess it would only be practical to have four buttons, or two rows of four, but even that would be enough for a tune or two.
