The word is Chistr, not Christr; nothing to do with Christ and everything to do with Breton cider

Have to admit that had me confused

That would be great for the likes of me, Arty. But my favourite tune changes very often, sometimes like.....every few days!

I thought it would mean that everyone could submit something, regardless of experience, and difficulty. Also, it might well introduce all of us to some amazing tunes that we can learn.
Like you Winston, my favourites change often but there are a couple of tunes that I go back to every now and then, because I have a big love for them, tunes that I know I will always play.

I agree, the more uploads the merrier. Similar results might arise from 'A tune you've always fancied a go at' or 'Your first tune, years later' etc.

All of our local outlets for playing with, or to, other people are closing down, due to some flu thing or other. Maybe this outlet for our melodeon-playing egos will prove to be a (mental) life-saver for some of us. The rest of you may have to suffer some pretty poor quality playing if these suggestions are taken up by the powers-that-be.

Have we done "Delilah" yet? I would love that one. Please Clive. We need a laugh and I know of someone who uses both hands.

Could I suggest this one as well. I've no idea what it's called but it certainly cheered me up. Many thanks.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZbjKW2HvTc

Possible Theme of the Month...Towns and Cities? I've checked the inestimable Mr Bailey's index and the closest I could see was "Places".
At a stretch we could include villages I suppose... :|glug

How about including hamlets, Baz? To or not to, that is the question!

Or Townships to use the Staffordshire term for a hamlet.....a term that got into the Highland's via the marriage of the Marquis of Stafford to the heir of the Sutherland Estates circa 1790.

Talking of Villages...the village is where the  parish church is. I recall Landican on the Wirral as a village of six houses (maybe it was ten) and a thumping big church with a tower.

PS Better include villages or Gateshead's barred!

Bear Dance comes immediately to mind. I'm sure there are others.
