Didn't spot which factory this is but seems typical for most Italian boxes.

Regards the maker...

Going from the name on the front of the box being waxed, it's Della Noce of Teramo - a lot of their boxes seem to be selling direct via eBay...

Well spotted! There seems to be (or have been) a number of makers in the Abruzzi region, and Cav. Della Noce of Teramo is most frequently mentioned, as on these Italian websites here and here

Della Noce, I should have noticed that!  They seem a very popular make with organetto players judging by what I've seen on YouTube and elsewhere.  Some very flash ones they do too.  The guy(s) that sell them through ebay seem to be quite a bit cheaper than the prices quoted on the Della Noce website.
