Hi,

Does anyone either have or know where to get the music or ABC for "Air for Maurice Ogg" from?

Many thanks

It may be worth trying the Lancre tune book.

"A wizard's staff has a knob on the end" is my favourite from that one. Fantastic stuff.

I realise this is an old thread and you may well have found the music elswhere, but here's the abc. I have the whole of the Steel Skies suite in abc and it's approved by Alistair himself, so if anyone wants a copy message me.

Thanks,

I did eventually find a copy and I have now played it on melodeon, whistle and double bass.  It sounds great on DB but the fingering is well outside my comfort zone  (:)

This sounds ponderous enough on the cello but I suspect it would rumble along nicely on the double bass . . .
