I have used 3M '77' spray adhesive quite successfully.  It does not soak into the felt and is plenty strong.  A light spraying is all that is needed.

So I am finished ....at least as far as I'm going to take the project.  I kept the original bellows, the finish is not exactly as I planned (yes it's red, Mahogany)  I'm no perfectionist and you can see that in the results of the finish.  Although I have to say that I'm not ashamed of my efforts.  The reed work though was done by Theo, I had him tune it dry, He did a magnificent job!  The box may look a bit odd to some, it does to me but as I said it's my first go.  Now I have put it up on ebay but now that someone has told me that the C/F box is a dime a dozen I realize I'll never get what I put into it as I knew was the case before I started.  So here are some pix...be kind!  The box does sound smashing if your an enthusiast of the dry sound.   If there is a soul out there interested in taking this project off my hands at a reasonable price I will entertain offers.  I figure I will never play this configuration, I'm just too busy learning B/C box.
