It's great to see/hear so many new tunes. I've just finished a waltz that I've called the Nineteen Thirty Waltz -whether that's the year or the time I ain't saying!

Very recently I bought one of those toy Chinese melodeons and as I didn't have any convenient tunes in C I thought I'd write one, So here it is:-

Thanks for the nice comments, folks. But not a plawn in sight.

Tallship - X:767 is the latest and so far called "The First Of June" Perhaps I'll have to change that.

Love it Nigel! Just spent a happy 10 mins playing it on my PA this afternoon - it made me smile, and that for me is the definition of a good tune. Thanks, Nigel!

Hmmm...got two more tunes milling around in my head....so may have a bumper crop of them posted at some point. I've got a waltz with no name.
And a name with no tune....but they don't match.

I've got a waltz with no name.

Number them. LDT's No1, LDT's No2 etc

It worked for Walter Bulwer and Scan Tester.  ;D

This is a little reel that I composed last night. In common with most people it seems I am less than sure that I did actually compose it, I expect that I've taken something from another tune subconsciously. It isn't particularly sophisticated, but it is a fun tune to play and I'm reasonably pleased with it.

2nd tune made up to go with 1st made up for Fiona's 50th birthday. A pair of Bullfinches decided to spend most of the day in the garden making naming the tune much easier.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ywf8JQPhCM

2nd link is tunes played on anglo which is where they were written made up. Keep dogs away, she was sat under feet quietly whilst recording the Nuage over and over again.

Graham

I will not be able to do abc.
