If you are looking for a well-built Cajun melodeon, and don't want to pay the price for a Martin or Acadian, I suggest contacting Bryan LaFleur who builds L'Anse Grise accordions.  I've only played one, his 11th, and it was a wonderful instrument.  He's now into numbers 21 - 24, I think.
