This is a straight round bone air button on a Lachenal 20b.

Won't work for melodeons; it's on the wrong end of the instrument.
You'll need the part from a left-handed spray bottle....  >:E

Tuner/repairer, now retired, but still playing! Happy to offer advice on repairs etc., and might be persuaded to undertake the odd emergency job for local and longtime  customers. Selling a few melodeons from my collection currently....

I've been fingered! Anyway, no leftwing buttons available now (except I know a guy with a plastic sheet on the floor at the Sat fleamarket where the cameras don't shine who knows someone......)
