Improvising
« on: August 20, 2010, 09:33:14 AM »

Is anyone interested in a weekend dedicated to improvisation?

I might be able to stage something here in Birkenhead, or I can think of other places depending on numbers. I'm personally thinking toward English of French tunes in sensible keys and take it from there. But ideally everyone would offer a melody or two.  Some Blues is inevitable!

IME melodeons really need to be 2row+4, 2½ or 3 row for this sort of thing. The presence of other instruments would considerably enhance any such event.

Please PM me if interested - Chris

3½ expressions of interest as of monday morning

Sept 1: We are up to 3½ expressions of interest with another who though it might be costly - but has been reassured. So I guess that might be four of us.
