Some members may have noticed the forum was offline last Friday morning for several hours.

This was due to server maintenance which was started at 3am and due to take a couple of hours.  Some unexpected problems came to light which meant that the server was not able to function fully for several hours longer than planned.  If you are really interested you can read details here and here.
