Melodeons at Witney 2007 - 2nd Silly Competition
« on: November 13, 2007, 08:00:36 AM »

As many of you will know, at Melodeons at Witney, it has become the custom to hold the 'Sheffield Melodeonists and Friends' Italian meal on the early Saturday evening, which also includes a silly competition for the participants and the chance to win prizes :) .

This year the theme of the competition was Late Arrivals at the Free Reed Players' Ball, based on that ever-popular item from the BBC Radio 4 comedy show - I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue.

There were lots of entries and an independent judge chose the winners. By popular request, here are all the entries - it's in PDF format. Let me know by PM if you have trouble accessing this.

Many thanks to all who took part in both the meal and the competition. Hope to see you next year!

Thanks for posting that Steve! Excellent stuff! A real pity I couldn't make it this year. Hope to be back next November.
