Southwell Folk Festival
« on: June 06, 2008, 10:49:27 AM »

Hi this is one for our Canadian friends out there
Im going to Southwell FF and Tanglefoot are listed as a 5 piece band from Canada. I quote from the website :::
Tanglefoot are a high octane five-piece Canadian folk band who produce a stunning performance with a big, full throttle sound, a thunderously energetic live show and some of the best song writing in the business. They combine tradition with innovation, the hilarious with the poignant, and the furious with the passionate, all with contagious enthusiasm.
sounds good, but I wondered if anyone had seen them????
ta ever so

I too am going to Southwell and really looking forward to Tanglefoot, purely from the blurb - don't know anything about them.  Lin, are you playing for a Morris side there?

All those attending Southwell Festival, be well behaved, do not drink alcohol and obey all Steward's Instructions immediately.
Just noticed Lin is acting as a steward some of the time and she's borrowed my shooter. :-[
