Looks like a Model No. 417, which Frank Nordberg of Musica Viva cited from Hohner Catalogue No. 700 (Hohner Accordeons: the World's Best!)



I snagged a photo of one of these a while back, I think from Ray Laforest's collection but maybe from Ebay. I thought the cabinet, buttons and keyboard were all very nice looking. They don't come up for sale nearly as often as some of the other models from the same period.
