D/G chart with notes on the stave and ABC equivalents

Ok - another chart for D/G - this time it's got ABC equivalents.
Please see very slight tweak - the F natural (G row) ABC equivalent now has an =.  This is now accurate in respect of the key signature of G major
This chart was produced in consultation with Lester Bailey - thanks Lester!! :|glug

Excellent stuff Les, it was so hard to figure out what was going on at the top and bottom ends and this adds a great deal of clarity.  ;D

But my box is 23 button with a fourth button start, bespoke low notes and no accidentals. You wouldn't want to leave a job half done would you?  ;)

Well exactly. However it would only be fair to demand a sample box in each key for you to work from ...  ;D

Well, I must first of all say very well done - these look very useful and I have taken copies.

It would of course be unfair to ask Les and Lester to produce charts for all variants, but since in another thread D/G fourth button start with low notes was considered a desirable standard English box, I think that would be most unfortunate if omitted.  And it's such a small change...

Unfortunately an agreed layout was never agreed, something about herding cats comes to mind

I know it's more work, but what about a blank chart so that people could fill in their own standard layouts???

I have attached a blank sheet for a 21 button setup and also sheets for B/C instruments with 21 and 23 buttons.
No abc as yet.
I hope this is useful to someone.

I should have proof read the attachments before sending,  trying to do everything in too much of a hurry.  Please find attached cleaned up versions of the B/C charts.

B/C modern bass layout
On button 10  (C row) shouldn't the B note on the stave be red not the E?

For those like me who can't make head nor tail of a map laid on its side here's a blank where all the press and all the pull are on the same line.
