If the image is on the net you just paste the link in then select it and press the Insert Image button (bottom line far left) eg

Code: [Select]

Ahh! in that case you either need to put it out on t'Internet some how (Flicker or Picasa Web etyc) or use the Attachments and other options link below the text box on the Post reply thingy. This allows you to up load upto 4 pictures but with a max size per piccy of 256KB

Attachments (pictures or other files) are always placed after the text in a post. The only way you can put a picture in the body of a message is to use the Insert Image + web link, as explained in Lester's first post.

The link you supplied was (I added the space after the http: so it would not turn into a link):

http: //www.flickr.com/photos/82472428@N07/7555980948/

This will not work as it is not an image. I can't see how to extract the image URL but that is probably because I am not the owner of the Flickr account.

What you need is something like:

http: //www.flickr.com/photos/82472428@N07/7555980948/mypicture.jpg

I get this on Picasa by right clicking the image and doing Copy Image URL (W7 and Chrome)
