Sorry, I had misread the ABC.  :-[ That simplifies things a bit, as I don't have a low C natural. "Usual" version it is! (:)
Use your left-hand C bass note when you need the C natural. Listeners more than a few feet away will not notice the shift in sound from right to left sides of the instrument.
